Forged steel globe valve is a commonly used cut-off valve, which is mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline

Forged steel globe valve is suitable for class 150(PN100)~2500(PN420), working temperature -29°C~425°C (carbon steel) or -29°C~500°C (stainless steel) pipeline. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials can be applied to various media such as water, steam, boiler, Oil & Gas, and acetic acid respectively. Forged steel globe valve has small fluid resistance, wide applicable pressure & temperature range, unlimited media flow direction, and good sealing performance. The optional drive devices are: hand wheel, electric, pneumatic, etc.

Forged steel globe valves are available in three bonnet designs. The first type is the bolted bonnet. The valve designed according to this design form, the valve body and the bonnet are connected with bolts and nuts, and the wound gasket is sealed. If customers have special requirements, metal ring connection can also be used. The second type of design is the welded bonnet. According to this design, the valve body and the bonnet are threadedly connected, and they are fully welded & sealed. All-welded connections are also available. The third type is the pressure self-tightening bonnet. The valve designed according to this design form has a threaded connection between the valve body and the bonnet, and the internal pressure is sealed by a self-sealing ring.
