The cryogenic butterfly body can be provided in twostructural forms, namely flange connection and butt.welding connection (both with inspection ports). The body with inspection ports can replace the valveinternals online, making maintenance work extremelysimple, which is conducive to the rational use ofresourcesand saving maintenance costs. The extended valve cover + drip tray design ensures thatthe temperature at the stuffing box is above zero degrees!so that the connection between the stuffing and the stemwill not freeze and lock. Through the use ofthree-dimensional simulationoptimization design, effective control of material changesunder cryogenic conditions, selection of high-qualitymaterials and effective processing technology to meet thestable performance ofmaterials under cryogenicconditions. This series of valves has good sealing performance, highreliability, light weight, compact structure, and no need toworry about abnormal increase in valve cavity pressure. lt isan ideal valve for conveying cryogenic media and can bewidely used in cryogenic conditions in liquefied natural gas, aerospace and other fields.
RAYS cryogenic ball valve with extended bonnet ball valve will bring you a huge gain in the field of cryogenic LNG service. Service temperature from -51° to -196°C (-59,8° to -320,8°F) with extended bonnet design.
The dual-plate wafer check valve features two semicircular, spring-loaded valve discs mounted on a central vertical pivot. When the valve opens, the force of the fluid and the spring act at the center of the disc, causing it to open from the base first. This design minimizes wear on the seal during opening, enhancing its durability. As the flow decreases, the discs slowly move back towards the seat due to the spring's force, ensuring a gradual closure. During backflow, the increased force on the discs leads to a faster closure, effectively reducing the risk of water hammer and hydraulic shocks. The spring’s force closes the top end of the disc first, preventing damage at the disc's base and prolonging the seal's lifespan.
