The hard-sealed butterfly valve is a newly developed long-life, energy-saving butterfly valve by our company. It consists of main components such as the valve body, butterfly disc, sealing ring, and transmission mechanism. Its structure is designed based on the two-dimensional or three-dimensional eccentric principle and features a new manufacturing process that accommodates both elastic and multi-layer hard-soft seals. This design reduces torque during operation, achieving energy efficiency and labor-saving benefits. At the same time, it ensures the valve's overall reliability in corrosion resistance, high temperature tolerance, and wear resistance. Common types of hard-sealed butterfly valves include wafer type, lug type, and flanged type butterfly valves.
The quality of forged steel parts is higher than that of cast steel parts, and they can withstand large impact forces. Their plasticity, toughness, and other mechanical properties are higher than those of cast steel parts. The diameter of forged steel stop valves is generally not more than DN80, and most of them are reduced-diameter designs. Compared with cast steel stop valves of the same diameter, the flow rate is slightly lower, but the pressure and temperature range they can withstand are higher than those of cast steel valves, and their sealing performance is much better than that of cast steel stop valves, and their service life is longer. Like other stop valves, they are subject to the restrictions of the flow direction of the medium. Forged steel stop valves can be divided into straight-through stop valves (type stop valves) and direct-flow stop valves (Y-type stop valves) according to installation positions.
The axial-flow check valve has a unique axial flow design, and its spool is aligned with the flow direction, significantly reducing the resistance loss when the fluid passes through. The spool is driven by spring or fluid pressure for quick opening and closing. When the fluid is flowing forward, the spool is pushed open and the fluid passes smoothly. When the fluid flows in reverse, the spool is quickly closed, effectively preventing backflow, and ensuring the stability and safety of the system operation.
