RAYS' Double Disc Gate Valve-Ethylene is manufactured using high-strength, high-temperature resistant materials, specifically designed for handling cracked gases in the petrochemical industry. This valve features exceptional sealing capabilities and low maintenance requirements, effectively handling high temperatures and corrosive media. Its unique slab gate design ensures smooth fluid flow without any obstruction, thereby reducing pressure loss and enhancing system efficiency. Additionally, the valve is equipped with an automatic self-cleaning feature that removes deposits during operation, ensuring reliability and stability over long-term use. Ideal for both new projects and upgrades of existing systems, the RAYS Double Disc Slab Gate Valve-Ethylene is a perfect choice for enhancing productivity and safety.
RAYS C-type ball valve adopts a double eccentric design: the rotational center (axis) of the C-ball is offset from both the geometric center (sphere) of the C-ball sealing surface and the sealing center of the seat. This double eccentric design results in a dual-vector cam motion involving both rotation and translation of the C-ball, facilitated by the stem being offset in two planes. When the valve is closed, the C-ball and the seat interact to create a cam-action wedge tightness, achieving a torque seal. The torque required for sealing is provided by a handle, gear, or actuator, ensuring a tight shut-off that is mechanically independent of springs or process pressure
RAYS cast steel check valves are designed and manufactured to provide maximum service life and dependability. All check valves meet the design requirements of American Petroleum Institute standard API600 & 6D.BS EN 13709 and generally conform to American Society of Mechanical Engineers standard ASME B16.34. Valves are available in a complete range of body/cover materials and trims.
