Product Description

The product complies with BS 6364 and API 6D standards and is suitable for the transportation systems of low-temperature media such as LNG and liquid oxygen. The working pressure can reach Class 2500 and meets the strict working conditions requirements in the petrochemical and air separation fields.

This valve adopts a compact lipped design, reducing the weight by over 50% compared to the traditional structure, significantly reducing the pipeline load. The optimized streamlined flow channel design effectively reduces pressure loss and improves the efficiency of medium passage. The hard alloy sealing pair is specially treated and maintains excellent sealing performance even under cryogenic conditions, with a leakage level reaching ANSI VI grade. The low inertia design of the valve disc ensures rapid opening and closing, effectively preventing water hammer effect, and an anti-static structure can be selected as an option to ensure the safety of transporting flammable media. The product supports horizontal and vertical installation, meeting the requirements of different working conditions.
