The innovative lateral maintenance port structure allows for quick replacement of the sealing components without disassembling the valve, significantly improving maintenance efficiency. The optimized double eccentric butterfly plate, combined with multi-level metal hard seals, achieves zero leakage and long service life under ultra-low temperature conditions. At the same time, it is equipped with a longened valve stem heat insulation structure, effectively blocking the conduction of cold energy.
The “Double Block and Bleed Isolation Philosophy” requires two in-line isolation valves and a bleed valve, used to drain or vent trapped fluid between the two closure elements in order to safely isolate safely the downstream pipe.
