The valve features two parallel gate plates and a wedging device, updating the traditional single gate plate design.
Sealing elements are designed as separate components, which prevents deformation from thermal expansion and temperature
differences, ensuring a reliable seal.
The materials used for the sealing components are resistant to wear and corrosion, enhancing the valve's longevity.
It is equipped with a bidirectional forced sealing capability, which simplifies operations and ensures a dependable seal.
The fully enclosed design of the valve provides excellent protection, allowing for operation in all weather conditions.

The axial-flow check valve has a unique axial flow design, and its spool is aligned with the flow direction, significantly reducing the resistance loss when the fluid passes through. The spool is driven by spring or fluid pressure for quick opening and closing. When the fluid is flowing forward, the spool is pushed open and the fluid passes smoothly. When the fluid flows in reverse, the spool is quickly closed, effectively preventing backflow, and ensuring the stability and safety of the system operation.
RAYS manufactures high-quality fully welded ball valves, forged from premium materials with side-mounted balls. The valves are available in two designs: cylindrical and spherical fully welded bodies. RAYS is particularly known for its cylindrical valve bodies.
RAYS' rising stem ball valve is designed to operate without friction between the ball and the seat during opening and to achieve zero leakage when closed. This makes it well-suited for demanding conditions. The valve is made entirely of metal and is fire-resistant, capable of functioning in extreme temperatures ranging from -196°C (320.8°F) to 538°C (1000.4°F). It can handle media with particulates like sand and short fibers, and meets NACE standards for corrosion resistance, ensuring it can resist sulfide stress cracking in harsh environments. The valve also features a self-cleaning mechanism. When the ball is tilted away from the seat, the fluid flows 360° around the ball's sealing surface, effectively removing any debris. This prevents damage from high-speed fluid flows and keeps the sealing area clean. The rising stem ball valve is ideal for various applications including exhaust, fluid transfer, pipeline isolation, bypass, product segmentation, and emergency shutdowns, particularly where high switching frequencies and zero leakage in high temperatures are required.
