The globe valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, valve disc and valve stem. The handwheel applies a certain torque at the upper end of the valve stem. The valve stem is passed to the valve petals through the valve stem, so that it moves up and down along the valve stem axis to achieve fully turned on or fully closed movements. The force applied by the handwheel acts on the disc to hold it against the seat to seal. The single disc globe valve is designed to enter the medium by the valve disc sealing surface below, the medium force is opposite to the direction of valve closing, so the valve closing torque is large, so the single disc globe valve is mainly used in low pressure or small diameter pipelines. At the same time, the globe valve does not rub with the valve seat before the valve is closed, thereby reducing the wear of the cover surface and effectively extending the service life of the valve.
The dual plate check valve features two semicircular, spring-loaded valve discs mounted on a central vertical pivot. When the valve opens, the force of the fluid and the spring act at the center of the disc, causing it to open from the base first. This design minimizes wear on the seal during opening, enhancing its durability. As the flow decreases, the discs slowly move back towards the seat due to the spring's force, ensuring a gradual closure. During backflow, the increased force on the discs leads to a faster closure, effectively reducing the risk of water hammer and hydraulic shocks. The spring’s force closes the top end of the disc first, preventing damage at the disc's base and prolonging the seal's lifespan.
An energy-saving control valve without external energy supply, used for non-corrosive liquids and gases with a temperature of ≤ 200℃ for differential pressure control devices. The valve opens or closes when the differential pressure increases.
