On December 10, Mr. Wang Zhenyong, Vice Mayor of Wenzhou, visited Wenzhou RAYS Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd., located in the Wenzhou Marine Economy Development Zone Comprehensive Bonded Zone, for an on-site inspection. Relevant leaders from the Marine Economy Development Zone accompanied the visit.
During the inspection, Vice Mayor Wang toured the company’s production workshops and inquired in detail about production capacity, output value, and overseas market expansion. He also listened to the company’s suggestions on further leveraging the functional advantages of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone. Vice Mayor Wang encouraged the company to make full use of the policy and platform advantages of the bonded zone to accelerate its development. He also requested relevant departments to deepen research and adopt innovative approaches, analyzing the company’s industrial chain characteristics from a full-chain perspective covering raw material procurement, equipment import, and finished product export. Through targeted policies and coordinated support, the goal is to help enterprises rely on the comprehensive competitive advantages of open platforms, effectively integrate industrial chain resources, give full play to the “window” role of full-chain import and export trade, and inject strong momentum into Wenzhou’s continued expansion of opening-up.
RAYS’s management team presented a special report on key projects and development plans in the near term, and put forward related needs and development ideas regarding raw material procurement, equipment upgrading, and international market expansion.
This inspection marked the third high-level leadership visit in 2025, following visits by CPC Wenzhou Municipal Party Secretary Zhang Zhenfeng and Vice Mayor Chen Kuan. It fully reflects the strong attention and support of the municipal Party committee and government for OFI’s development, and provides clear direction and momentum for the company’s next stage of high-quality growth.
