RAYS has completed the delivery of 36 units of 1–4" | Class 300 self-operated micro-pressure regulating valves for the PETRONAD ASIA project, designed for micro-pressure service in the range of 0.05–7.2 kPa.
In low-pressure applications, stable control depends on whether small pressure changes can be translated into continuous and reliable valve movement. The valve uses process pressure acting directly on the diaphragm to establish force balance against the spring load, then automatically adjusts valve position as pressure changes.
No external actuator or external power supply is required. Regulation is achieved through a direct mechanical response to process pressure variations. Micro-pressure calibration and pressure response verification help ensure stable performance in low-pressure control service.
RAYS self-operated micro-pressure regulating valves support stable and continuous pressure control for low-pressure gas systems.
