CNOOC Project: 26–36" Class 300–600 F51 Duplex Side-Entry Trunnion Ball Valves

RAYS is manufacturing a batch of 26–36" | Class 300–600 F51 duplex stainless steel side-entry trunnion ball valves for critical isolation duties in a CNOOC project.

Constructed with F51 duplex stainless steel, the valves are designed for applications requiring enhanced corrosion resistance, structural strength and long-term reliability. The DBB sealing configuration supports bidirectional zero-leakage isolation for natural gas, oil and other critical process media.

The trunnion-mounted ball design helps reduce operating torque and minimize wear between the ball and seat sealing surfaces, supporting longer service life. Additional protection includes cavity overpressure relief, anti-blowout stem, anti-static device and fire-safe design.

A dual stem-sealing system combines an O-ring primary seal with a flexible graphite backup seal. The O-ring supports low leakage in normal service, while the flexible graphite backup helps maintain sealing performance under fire exposure conditions.

RAYS combines duplex material capability, DBB isolation and layered safety protection for critical valve applications.
